The Cleveland Mashie, being a retro looking club with modern technology, was well received in the average and high handicap groups and the looks appeared to be a deciding factor in it's overall standings.
Low Handicap - This group gave the Mashie solid marks in every ranking except looks, they either liked it or not, there was very little in the middle marks.
Average Handicap - Looks brought down the club with this group because the rest of the categories did very well and were with a couple points of each other.
High Handicap - The higher handicap golfers liked the looks more than the other two groups with the marks for looks, sound and feel placing the highest.
With its Gliderail™ Sole, Retro-Raw™ finish, and Utralite Technology, the Mashie™ represents the best of what utility clubs bring to the table: versatility and function. It’s also 30 grams lighter than most traditional utilities, meaning it provides faster head speed for more ball speed and carry.
